WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. Drops and limited releases may take slightly longer due to high volume. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your gear is on the move.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Note that some limited-edition drop items are final sale. Hit up support@befree.com to initiate a return.
HOW DOES SIZING RUN?
Most of our tees and hoodies are an athletic/streetwear fit. If you're between sizes or prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Check the specific product page for detailed size charts.
WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Our core collection is restocked regularly. However, special drops and limited editions are exactly that—limited. Once they're gone, they're gone. Join the Fam list to get notified first.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're looking to expand international shipping in the future.
